Saturday Outing

I took Josh to get a new coat today. He's grown so much. Besides that, the coat he had last year made him "look fat." He said it-I didn't!

Now we are at Target for a few groceries-stopping at Starbucks for a quick treat. Jackson is still angling for a new toy. We'll see how he does. I have to admit it's hard to resist those big, brown eyes.

Back from the Dead

Or at least the land of the technologically handicapped. The computer is up again... and I've discovered mobile blogging and Twitter. And tonight, my friends, it's back to Rosschat. At least to check in on everyone. Yayy!

Jack Takes Up Cursing

Okay, so I'm standing there doing a load of laundry, and Jack comes up and says "I say 'dammit'?"

Naturally, I say he can NOT say 'dammit', but he can say 'dangit'. Of course, he looks at me like I've lost my last marble.

So, I tell him he is allowed to say 'dadgummit' (one of my personal favorites).

"I don't wanna say 'dadgummit', DAMMIT!"

Well. Now that we've got that settled. Sigh.

Time Flies

Wow! Time flies when you have no internet. That, and being busy as a one-legged man in a butt kicking contest really cut into your blogging time.

Anywaysssssss...

Jack is 3 now, can you believe it? Bless his heart, he's as ornery as he can be.

Here he is... all together now "Awwww!"

What else? Kids are in school. We had a good Christmas. My dad just turned 77 and he is still driving big rigs over the road (he got 5000 miles last week). Randy is working as usual.

Oh! Are you all as wrapped up in this election stuff as I am? I'm really intrigued this time. And I totally rocked the vote yesterday in Oklahoma's primary.
